Established in 1798 as a Malt distillery and then converting to Grain in c.1850, Carsebridge was a powerhouse of production until the late 20th Century when it was closed and sadly demolished.
This 46-year-old spirit is truly amazing in the mouth, with echoes of a delightful early morning continental breakfast at the Ritz, with orange blossom honey on rich croissants and fine Arabica bean roasted coffee.
