TASTE
Liquorice and balsamic, balanced with citrus and raisin. Hints of toffee, honey, and Demerara sugar.A glorious finish of soft spice and tropical fruits.
MATURATION
Aged in American White Oak Ex-Bourbon Barrels and finished in Apostoles Sherry Cask No.6.
