The use of clean and freshwater from Tottori natural streams is key to the process. This blended whiskey made of several Japanese whiskeys has the particularity to be aged in Bourbon barrels for 3 years. Bourbon barrels help to bring out all the aromas of American oak to Matsui’s blend. Non chill-filtered.
