The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select uses casks from three historic cooperages in Jerez de la Frontera. Each cask is seasoned with a special assemblage of aged Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines. The result is a stunning and elegant Dalmore single malt, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.
