The 18 Year begins its maturation journey in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, giving a base of soft vanilla and honey. Further enhancement follows, with an extended finish in 30-Year-Old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks, exclusive to The Dalmore, from the Gonzales Byass bodega in Spain.
